Content strategy for SMEs should not mean opening LinkedIn every Monday morning and wondering what on earth you are going to post this week.

In this video, I’m looking at why so many SME leaders and personal brands are making content far harder than it needs to be, by treating every post as a separate idea rather than building around the subjects they genuinely want to be known for.

Because the post is not the real asset.

The idea behind it is.

If you have a clear point of view, understand the questions your customers are asking and know what makes your business worth choosing, you do not need to spend every week inventing more content from scratch.

You need a practical system that helps you develop stronger ideas, use them properly across different formats and connect your content to the business you actually want to grow.
