Honda Dio Af18 Having Issues With 48mm Cylinders And Stock Carburetor!

Aloha moped enthusiasts around the world!

One of my favorite activities is upgrading Af16, Af18, and SYM DD50 motors by adding a small cylinder like a TWH 48mm or a 47mm Polini Corsa. These modifications can make for some really fun bikes, especially for those of you who enjoy stunts! You can even continue to use your stock carb and pipe. All you need is a bigger main jet and you're good to go! However, the stock carb can be difficult to adjust due to the fuel metering screw being glued in for EPA emission purposes. In this video, I'll show you how to modify it to work much better.
