This procedure should work for most "4k" action cameras that have an Allwinner V3 chip and Sony IMX179(s) or OV4689 sensor inside. For example: Q3H, Q6H, Wimius Q1, Q6, Campark, XON, Excelvan, F60, F60B, F60R, Elecam Explorer 4k (not Elite, not Pro), TecTecTec Xpro2, Lightdow, Tekcam, GOQ, "V3", Brica Bpro5, Vemico, and similar cameras from Chinese websites, Amazon and Ebay. But this will _not_ work for cameras that have other chips inside. In this video I used my F60B (Gearbest) camera and a Windows 10 x64 computer. Be sure to get WinRar, or WinZip or 7zip application in order to open archive (zip, rar) files.
