Rules of the Road: Optional

Billerica, Massachusetts – On this ½ mile stretch of Treble Cove Rd, drivers are free to follow, or not follow, the rules of the road as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. (I included the truck spinout because it was unusual.)
