Neil Diamond ha tenido, al paso de los años, sus presentaciones televisivas de mayor calidad en Inglaterra. El 4 de septiembre de 1971, fue presentado en la BBC2 un programa especial de televisión: "An Evening With Neil Diamond", una actuación de 45 minutos que fue grabado 3 meses antes, y en el que Neil interpretó: Sweet Caroline, Solitary Man, Crackling Rosie, Done Too Soon, A Modern Day Version Of Love, He Aint Heavy, He's My Brother, Holly Holy, I Am I Said y Brother Love's Travelling Salvation Show.
