Final dirt grade, upgraded culverts installed, grass seed and gravel spread at the tiny house area!
This past winters issues with standing water and stuck trucks should be one and done. We have raised the "driveway" several inches, installed drainage ditches where needed, replaced the driveway culvert with a longer one, and the culvert across the street with a fatter one. We also have purchased a mystery amount of gravel which is now spread. Grass seed has been broadcast and rain is on the way. And as a bonus I got to see two lovely King Snakes. Life is good.
