Father Time may get us, but keep training.

Martial arts are the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth. Stay active... or deteriorate.

That's an easy choice.

Every kick, every punch, every rep, every workout is proof that we are live and still fighting.

Don't age gently. Train for longevity. Stay strong. Stay athletic. Stay dangerous.

The old man believes there are many benefits of kicking at any age, even in our 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, including improved Health, Fitness, Well-Being, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility/Mobility, Athleticism, Speed, and Strength.

These benefits are always important, but are increasingly important as we age into our 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond!

Use it or lose it. Motion is lotion.

You don't always need to train with intensity. Consistency is key. Go low and slow if you need to. But...
