How we set up our preview program sign up request flow

In this video, I explain how we set up our own flow to manage the new sign up requests to zenphi.
In this flow, we first send a thanks you email to the user. We then assign a task to internal staff to review the application and approve or reject it. If it's approved, we go ahead and provision a new workspace for the user. Once provisioned, we send a welcome email to the user which includes the workspace information.
