Lego once made sets that KILLED, and I bet you didn't know about it. Lego used to release sets based on the gasoline company "Shell," which caused a lot of controversy. And the Lego controversy wasn't because the sets themselves were hated, nor was it because the building techniques were bad (in most cases). However, in reality, the reason everyone disliked these sets was due to Lego's Shell theme. This is because of what Shell, the company, really stands for. Nowadays, however, Lego makes sets for themes with high moral standards, such as Lego Minecraft or Lego Ninjago. That way, no more Lego animals get hurt.
