First time product creator? I'd choose Payhip or Stan Store to set up digital products
I’m all about starting out simple.
In fact, it’s not only STARTING out simple but also - finding simplest and the most seamless path to keep your business going in a way that doesn’t break your budget.
This time, let’s chat about the simplest and somewhat the most budget friendly ways to start selling digital products online.
First in the spotlight: Payhip.
Payhip has been my ride or die for a while already for several different reasons.
First of all, it’s FREE to use and you’ll pay only 5% fee from every purchase made - some platforms charge more than that even on their paid plans…
Along with that, you get to sell various products, enroll unlimited students and built your landing pages (simple but effective!)
The only investment to consider is additional video hosting for $5/monthly - built in the platform!
Another option is IG-famous Stan Store.
It’s like an upgraded link tree where you can instantly set up and sell various digital products.
Compared to Payhip, there are fewer customization options, no landing pages and a set monthly payment of $29.
However, the ease of use and popularity of the platform often is the point of attraction.
Keep in mind though: for some upgrades like upsells and email marketing, you will have to pay for the higher plan of $99/monthly (at which point, I don’t think it’s as worthwhile anymore!)
Exploring which platform will be the best fit choice for you? Get the free Product Platform Guide - link in bio!
