I'm Alex, and I run Club Mob. I miss dancing with my team so much at the moment, and when I was looking through interview footage from early 2020, I realised how beautiful everyone's answers were when we asked them...'Why Do You Dance?'

Since we're not yet able to dance together in person due to current restrictions in the UK, I wanted to bring the team together and share all their wonderful reasons with you all. So I made this video - and the idea for the dance challenge was born with it. We are really looking forward to dancing again together - hopefully by June, it will be possible.
