I built a 49 sheet Excel workbook with Claude Code (no code)

What happens when you open Claude Code in an empty folder and ask it to build a complete Excel demo workbook? In this unedited, sped-up 2-hour session, Claude builds a 49-sheet workbook with pivot tables, charts, and VBA — and then I ask it to do one more thing that changes how I'll approach every project from now on.

This is a real working session. Things break. Errors happen. I ask Claude to explain stuff I don't recognize. You're seeing the full loop: build, debug, then distill what worked into a reusable AI coding agent.
