In this video I discuss what it means to be a recovering audiophile. How I can still enjoy hifi and audio equipment without becoming overwhelmed and ruled by the drama found in some audiophile circles.

An audiophile is, by definition is "a hi-fi enthusiast."
Wikipedia says, "An audiophile is a person who is enthusiastic about high-fidelity sound reproduction. An audiophile seeks to reproduce the sound of a live musical performance, typically in a room with good acoustics."
While this may be where being an audiophile started, I don't believe this is where we are today. We all want to know how to get the best sound, but is it worth obsessing over?
