आध्यात्मिक रूप में प्रतिक्रिया का चक्र एक साथ चल रहा है इनमें से जो ज़रा सा बढ़ गया या घट गया जीवन में असंतुलन आ जाता है । असंतुलन आते ही चीजें खत्म हो जाती है । इसलिए याद रखें कि असंतुलन परेशानियों का प्रमुख कारण है, प्रतिक्रिया के चक्र को ब्रह्मा कहा गया है । नाश के चक्र को शिव कहा गया है । और संतुलन के चक्र को विष्णु कहा गया है। किसी भी काम को करने के पीछे कर्म की इच्छा काम करती है, पर फल तुम्हारा अधिकार क्षेत्र नहीं है, पर कर्म करना तुम्हारा अधिकार क्षेत्र है। अगर आप केवल रिजल्ट के बारे में ही सोचते रहोगे और कर्मो के बारे में आपको स्पष्टा नहीं होगी तो उसका कोई मकसद नहीं रह पायेगा।

Panchtattva or the Five Elements, based on which the Shastras say that this World has been created; the entire Ayurved, Yog, all the Tantras, Puja or Worship, all of these are based on the Panchtattva or the Five Elements. In the Panchtattva, as we have discussed already, in the North, Blue colour, in the East, Green colour, in the South, Red, and a combination of White & Blue in the West direction; in all these 4 Principal Directions, when you sense using the methods of Dhyan or Meditation, Dodging or by any other ways or means, you feel the presence of these Elements in different Directions. In the North, Water element; in the East, Air element; in the South, Fire element; in the West, Space element; and in the Centre, as well as in the Corners, the Earth element. When we go into further detailing, then in the North-East, we come across Minor Earth, means the Diluted Version of Earth. In the South-West, there is more solid version of the Earth. In the North-West and the South-East zones, you find a Balanced Version of the Earth, and in the Centre, it’s the total Earth element. There are in total, Five Elements. They are: Water, on the top or in the North, then in the right side if we move in a clockwise direction, Air in the East direction, then Fire in the South, then in the South-West, there is the Major Earth, then Space, then Water.
