Aditya-L1, ISRO’s 2023 solar mission, has achieved a major milestone by detecting a massive coronal mass ejection using the Visible Emission Line Coronagraph. Positioned at the Sun-Earth Lagrange Point 1, it studies solar eruptions to protect Earth's power grids and satellites from solar threats.
