Duke it out in DC - Level 2 Speedrun in 26.666

This goes to 25.x but it'll take some work. Lost years from mistiming my jump to have downwards momentum going into the red door area-- just need to not do that next time. Card grab can be faster too. New recording settings btw! Although it doesn't look that much better than before on YouTube for some reason..? Locally it's definitely better.
