Jim Cramer on tech sell-off: 'Robinhood people' are in over their heads
CNBC's Jim Cramer warned the "Robinhood people," his rubric for new investors, that many of them are in over their heads. He recalled the period before the late 1990s tech bubble burst in early 2000, saying "these people lost everything" then and he doesn't want folks to repeat history.
