I fish from a mini inflatable dinghy in crocodile territory for Mangrove jack and Cod using top water lures as well us weedless soft plastics. This is some of the best fishing I've had in this area. I catch mud crabs in nets that I prepare as stir fry crabs legs with fresh vegetables, I also forage some big oysters off the rocks. Which I cooked up as oysters kilpatrick tartine bread.
