Adjusting/Leveling the Front Bumper on my 04 Silverado RCSB

The front bumper on this truck has been a little crooked and weird since the day I got it, just never bothered me enough to try to fix it. This is the best I could do without cutting the bumper brackets off the frame and re-welding them on.
