This is a beginner-level introduction to the fingerspelled alphabet in American Sign Language. Each handshape represents a letter of the written English alphabet. I show each handshape slowly and repeatedly in a variety of angles.

The fingerspelled alphabet is used to fingerspell names of people, places, brands, etc. It is NOT the primary means of communication among Deaf individuals or other signers.
