Wednesday, Bob Dylan's Heaven's Door brand unveiled a new collaboration with Redbreast that took 10-year-old Bourbon and finished it in ex-Sherry casks used for maturing Redbreast 12-year-old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey to create the Heaven's Door Redbreast Master Blenders' Edition. We'll be joined by the two master blenders behind this whiskey: Ryan Perry of Heaven's Door and Redbreast's Billy Leighton! Also, the pandemic has forced whisky companies to change the way they're working, and we'll find out how Glasgow-based Hunter Laing & Co. is doing just that. Co-founder Andrew Laing join us from Dubai, where he's been spending the lockdown with his family while his brother Scott worked from the United States for the last several months.
