Halloween cupcakes - tips for better cupcakes - pumpkin spice cupcakes

In this video I share my halloween cupcake recipe with you for pumpkin spice cupcakes and how you can make better cupcakes!

Recipe:
- 125gr butter
- 125gr of sugar (including vanilla sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 125gr of flour

- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- 1 apple or pear (diced) with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Mix butter, sugar and salt untill mixed well.
Add to eggs and incorporate them.
Add milk and incorporate it.
Add flour and make sure the batter it equal.
Add pumpkin spice and mix well.
If you add fruit mix it with a spoon instead of the mixer.

One batch makes for +/- 12 cupcakes, put the cupcake papers into the baking tray and fill them.
Bake for about 15 min on 180 degrees celcius.
