Great news! All dark times pass. All time does. Don’t mistake your “life situation” for your Life. There is always a better day. Conversely, always understand that no matter how good things are, in a moment, in a blink of an eye it can all change. The key is to remain grateful for this VERY MOMENT - in the end, this is all we really have.

ਜੋ ਉਪਜਿਓ ਸੋ ਬਿਨਸਿ ਹੈ ਪਰੋ ਆਜੁ ਕੈ ਕਾਲਿ ॥
Whatever has been created shall be destroyed; everyone shall perish, today or tomorrow.

O Nanak, sing the glorious praises of Vaheguru, and give up all other entanglements.
