20 Minute Yoga Flow - Beginners' Vinyasa 2 - Easy on the Shoulders

I made this 20 minute vinyasa flow with no chaturangas or downdogs so it's easy on your shoulders and wrists but lets you move and flow.

Awesome for beginners or if you want to mix it up a little. Also good for anyone with shoulder or wrist injuries.
