Funeral Delusion

The plaintiff says the defendant’s son was her godson, and he died in a motorcycle accident. The plaintiff says she paid for the funeral and the defendant agreed to contribute $4,000, but she failed to do so, so she’s suing. The defendant and her husband say the plaintiff is delusional, and they say they never talked about funeral expenses. They’re countersuing for defamation.
