The mother's name is: Lola.

Luke and Lilly always had a close relationship.
When Lola (the mom) was pregnant with Lilly their dad couldn't handle the pressures of taking care of a family he still wanted to live a youthful life but "with kids I can't do that!" He said to Lola the day he left.
As Luke got older he realized that they didn't have a dad to protect them he became more protective of his mother and his sister he would always go to the shops to get stuff his mom needed and he also did small chores for the neighbors to get paid for the hard work and when he became 18 he got a job to support his mother.
Lilly always said that "Luke you are my and mommy's Hero" and Luke always felt proud to be his little sisters' hero but one day when Lilly was 5 years old she went missing when Luke was looking after her. When Lilly went missing Luke started blaming himself for it. And he doesn't feel like a hero he feels like a failure. Luke blamed himself for not being able to protect Lilly. His mother always tried to tell him that it wasn't his fault but he didn't believe her because in his mind he was supposed to protect Lilly and he failed.
As the time went by they still couldn't find Lilly and Luke never stopped blaming himself.

(Also Lilly is perfectly fine she ran away form the guy before he could do anything. If you watched to the end you'll see Lilly running into an old lady. The reason she was crying is because she couldn't fine her family or home. I'm sorry for not explaining the story better 😅)
