How to Make Italian Sausage
Nothing beats handmade Italian Sausage. In this video, I show how I make it while my wife and kids go about daily life in the background so please excuse the additional noise. :)
Italian Sausage Necessities:
600g - Ground Pork Shoulder (with the fat!)
12g - Sea Salt
5g - Hand crushed/ground Fennel Seed
1 teaspoon - Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon - Finely ground Black Pepper
Have on hand: Mixing bowl, Cake Spatula, Saran Plastic Wrap
Ready to use on pizza after 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator!
