LTFZ-2 Dry Powder Filling and Sealing Machine is the main equipment of powder production line. The main working principle adopts stepper motor control screw powder delivery drive coils, thereby accurately control the raw material powder required capacity packaging to antibiotic glass bottle, and cover the rubber plug. Through a dual track conveying bottle, double screw filling, double track automatic into the plug and plug process; ensure the packaging in bottles of antibiotic powder net weight within strictly controlled in the process specified error. Its main structure is composed out of the bottle body, double screw distributing head, plug the oscillation disc and a cork pressing mechanism, dividing disk conveying mechanism, the drive mechanism and control system components.
