Good evening.

I don’t come to you with theatrics, nor with fire and fury. I come to you with something far heavier.

Truth.

The truth is that the world outside these walls continues to turn because we are here—watching, analyzing, containing. The truth is that we do not get parades. We do not get medals. We do not get to explain what we’ve saved the world from, time and time again.

But we know.
And that must be enough.

To most of humanity, the anomalies we contain are myths, legends, or statistical impossibilities. To us, they are data entries, locked doors, redacted memos, and sleepless nights. The SCP Foundation does not exist to destroy the anomalous. We exist to understand it, contain it, and protect the world from it—and it from the world, when necessary.

We are not conquerors. We are not cowards. We are custodians of an invisible truth.

Every researcher running tests under endless fluorescent light...
Every containment specialist who stares at the feed from SCP-173’s chamber, without blinking...
Every guard who stands between a breach and mass devastation...
You are all the quiet force that keeps the fragile fabric of normalcy from unraveling.

And yes, it’s thankless.
Yes, it’s dangerous.
And yes, at times, it’s dehumanizing.

But it is necessary.

Because without us, the cracks widen. The fragile systems of society collapse. The veil is torn, and panic replaces peace.

To those who support the Foundation—to those who believe in duty over glory, in sacrifice over spectacle—I say this:

Hold fast. Keep watch. Continue.

The anomalies will not stop.
But neither will we.

Secure the threats.
Contain the impossible.
Protect humanity.

We are the SCP Foundation.
And we are the reason the world still sleeps soundly at night.
