Films of State Conference - Panel 5: Ideas of Public Diplomacy

This is the fifth panel of the "Films of State: Moving Images Made by Governments" virtual conference, presented by the University of Maryland's Department of Cinema and Media Studies and the National Archives and Records Administration from April 7-9, 2021. This inaugural conference featured presentations, panel discussions, and film screenings, and was open to scholars, educators, filmmakers, students, information professionals, film historians, and anyone engaged in research on and the re-use of government films.
