Using Menstrual Cups and Discs with a Tilted Cervix

If you've heard the phrase "tilted cervix" in relation to using menstrual cups and have always wondered what that means, or if you have a tilted cervix and are wondering if that negatively affects using a cup this video is going to help. A tilted cervix/uterus are used interchangeably to describe a uterus that is not in the "average" position. A tilted cervix is unlikely to impact if you can use a menstrual cup successfully because the cup is designed to be worn below the cervix in the vaginal canal. There are a few instances you should be aware of and on the lookout for if you have a tilted cervix discussed in this video.
