DIY - Replace water shut off valve stem

If you have a multi-turn shut off valve that is leaking at the stem, use this video as a step-by-step to replace the stem. You can try to tighten the packing nut, but if it's bottomed out and still leaking, replace it.

Apologies in advanced for portrait view, i was shooting this one handed with my phone since i was in a tight spot.
