Recipe for apple pie
4 chopped apples into a pan
Topping:
3 cups oats
12 medjool dates
1.5 cups walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp salt

Put topping ingredients into a food processor and process until very well combined and all dates are blended. Pour into a bowl and add 1 cup of coconut cream (I made my own by blending 1 cup coconut flakes with 1 cup water)
Pour coconut milk into date oat mixture and stir together. Put on top of apples and bake for 30- 40 minutes.
