Is the Cancer Back? And What's Next in this Cancer Journey

We got the results of the PET and MRI. I do have a tumor. Not the words we wanted to hear and the location is making things tricky, but we think we have a good plan moving forward. If anyone has experience with Gamma Knife Radiation I would really appreciate anything. you have to share.
