How to French fry Tin Mackerel
The tin or canned mackerel is considered a low budget meal in Jamaica and some people categorize it as poor people food or a meal for the poor. Tin mackerel is easily accessible and can be found in every neighborhood corner shop or supermarket it is usually prepared with flour dumplings or white rice And Guys a key thing to note is not all Jamaicans eat tin or canned mackerel but those of us who do we have several different names that we refer to it by.
