Brewing a beer with apple juice instead of water? A viewer-submitted experimental "Graf"

A viewer sent in a recipe for a beer made with apple juice instead of water! We decided to put our own spin on it using frozen apple juice concentrate instead of pure apple juice, but with a similar goal for a cider meets mead meets beer version of a "graf." Here's how we did it!
