Hearing for legal challenge to Marjorie Taylor Greene reelection candidacy stream

A state administrative judge will hear arguments about whether she should be disqualified for allegedly helping incite the Jan. 6 riots.

The hearing in a Georgia court begins at 9:30 a.m. No official ruling on whether her candidacy will be allowed to proceed or not will be issued today.

The administrative judge must send their findings to the Georgia secretary of state, who will make the ultimate determination.
