UMVC3 Dr. Doom j.L H Footdive x 4 midscreen solo combo

I'm sure the concept's been explored, but since Doom is one of the characters in this game who is all tapped out pretty much, decided to play around with optimizing combos. Left out one of the M's at the end because of time allowed for playbacks haha, but you get the idea.

Essentially it's the same as the corner variation, except instead of dashing down, you dash down-forward and whiff a move to fall faster. I use L. Once you get the timing it's not so bad. Usually I either get all 4 reps or miss on the first one. j.L, H footdive, dash *slight pause* j.l whiff, launch

Now, is the combo worth it? Probably not unless you have perfect execution each time. LMH launch, j.L,H Footdive x 2 into 2 normal OTG reps is by far easier still haha, but just wanted to see if this was doable.

Doing it with hard kick instead of launcher also makes the combo much easier, but sacrifices a lot of damage. Style points though? Yes. Looks like doom is playing a game of kick the can. I used specific spacing for this video, but it more or less goes corner to corner assuming they dont fall out of the last MMfootfoot
