The Kaioken is a technique taught by the Lord of Worlds, North Kai or King Kaio to Goku in the Dragon Ball Z Saiyan Saga, the technique amplifies the users abilities by a few times over depending on the Users Experience, training, and Power Level. The Eight Gates is similar technique used by Might Gai / Guy and Rock Lee in terms of amplifying your abilities in return for stress on the body, however the technique is usable to anyone, and doesn't require special Kaio Training to unleash. Which is the best?
