HOW TO MAKE A SWEDISH TRADITION - PALT

It's time we spread the word of this glorious Swedish tradition called Palt.
It's a dish from North of Sweden that's been around for a long time and also my absolut favorite food from Sweden.
In this video I will show you how it's done.

What you need is:
1 kg Potatoes
3-400g flour
Pinch of salt
Butter
Milk
Lingon berry jam (or any other jam would work fine as well)

Takes up to 1h to prepare, but it's worth it!
