Summer evening Plane Spotting at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, 27-08-19

During my short stay in Stockholm I found a very decent spotting mound which over looked the active landing runway, Runway 19L. the spot provided some fantastic panoramic views of the airport and the surrounding countryside, which was beautiful to say the least.

I only stayed for 2 hours until the sun went down, as it took me a while to get out the airport after landing, so unfortunately there isn't any heavies featured. However the sunset lighting surely made up for it! It was nice to see 2 of Amapola Flyg's Fokker 50's. An aircraft which is becoming quite a rarity in Europe.
