Burun Estetiğinde Kapalı Teknik (Kapalı Rinoplasti)
• Burun estetiği ameliyatı, “kapalı rinoplasti” ve “açık rinoplasti” olarak isimlendirilen 2 farklı cerrahi yaklaşımla yapılabilir.
• Açık rinoplastide burun ucunun alt kısmındaki dudağa uzanan burun cildine genellikle “w” şeklinde bir cilt kesisi yapılarak cerrahi uygulanır. Kapalı teknikde ise burun cildi dış kısmının hiçbir bölgesine kesi yapılmadan tamamen burun içinden çalışılarak ameliyat gerçekleştirilir.
• Her türlü burun estetiği kapalı veya açık teknikle yapılabilmekle birlikte doktorunuz hastanın burun anatomisine ve kendi deneyim ve alışkanlığına göre kapalı veya açık teknikten birini tercih edebilir. Özellikle kapalı rinoplasti uygulayacak cerrahın bu konuda deneyimli ve bilgi sahibi olması zorunludur.

Kapalı Rinoplastinin Avantajları Nelerdir?
Kapalı rinoplasti ciltte kesi, yara ve yara izi(skar) olmaması, dikiş ve dikiş izi olmaması, ameliyat sonrası bakımın daha rahat olması, daha hızlı iyileşme süreleri ve revizyon cerrahi gerektiğinde daha rahat uygulanabilmesi açısından avantajlı bir yöntemdir.

Closed technique in rhinoplasty (closed rhinoplasty)

Closed rhinoplasty is an advantageous method in terms of the absence of incisions, scars and scars on the skin, the absence of stitches and suture marks, easier post-operative care, faster recovery times and easier application when revision surgery is required.
