स्वच्छ भारत मिशन 2 भर्ती सभी पंचायत में शुरू

In the light of the guidelines for implementation of solid waste management under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0 by letter no. 4081 dated 26.12.2024 of Urban Development and Housing Department, Bihar, Patna, Swachhata Saathi is to be selected, the details of which are as follows:-

Who will be the cleanliness partners:-

Swachhata Sathi can be any Indian but local persons will be given preference. 1.

The age of the candidate should not be more than 40 years. 2.

3. Candidate must have at least Matriculation pass.

4. The voice of the candidate should be clear so that they can communicate well.

5. The candidate should have at least one year experience in cleanliness related works.

6. Waste Picker, Citizen Leader, SHG member, Swachhagarhi, Sanitation Worker, Brand Ambassadors, and persons related to NULM, ASHA, Anganwadi worker, NGOs youth, Community Based Organizations, RWAs or anyone else can apply as candidates.

7. Total number of 05 Swachhata Saathi at Nagar Panchayat level.

Benefits of Sanitation Partner:-

1. The working hours shall be minimum five hours per day.

2. Daily attendance will be maintained.

3. Body procedure will be followed for leave.

4 Honorarium will be payable from 1st to 5th of every month.

Honorarium for 20 days per month at the rate of Rs. 300.00 per day, i.e. 300 X 20 = Rs. 6000.00 will be payable as honorarium.

6. Swachhata Sathi will be hired on contractual basis for one year, which can be extended till October, 2026.

7. Each Swachhata Saathi will be engaged for 200 days every year.

8. 200 working days will be of 20 days in each month which will be valid for any 10 months of the year (keeping in view the Swachh Survey).

9. The Public Sanitation Officer will be responsible for monitoring all Swachhata Saathi.

10. Public Sanitation Officer will look into matters related to leave and other problems.

11. The work done will be reviewed every month and if the work is not satisfactory for three consecutive months, action for removal can be taken.

12. Honorarium will be sent to the worker's bank account only.

Process for selection of Swachhata Partner:-

1. Final list will be prepared after checking and matching the received applications on the basis of selection criteria.

2. All the candidates will be interviewed one to one.

3. After the interview, an agreement will be made with the selected candidate.

4 After the agreement, they will be allotted a ward (responsibility of more than one ward).

5. All selected candidates will be given training and information regarding work
