ENR's annual list of top contractors is published. Historically speaking, the electrical contractors which make up the Top 600 are mostly union contractors affiliated with the National Electrical Contractors Association. This year is no different, 30 of the Top 50 in electrical are NECA members. They tell us why the difference in safety, quality and availability of skilled man power makes all the difference.
