Soccer Goalkeeper Training: ADVANCED SENIOR SESSION

Advanced senior soccer goalkeeper training. This is a progressive full (1 hour) training session with outstanding 16 and 15 year old senior goalkeepers. We had an emphasis on footwork, re-setting, adjustments, the proper method of the goalkeepers getting back up to a set position after going to the ground for explosive POWER DIVE techniques and training in this advanced session. Quality footwork is always a key to success and the ability to get SET! We work on repetitions of catches every day we train and shot after shot to repeated locations to prefect concepts! Of course, the exercises are demanding physically and the goalkeepers fitness is tested throughout the session. Great work from our goalkeepers as always!
