Fallout 76: All Vault Tec cartoons in Black and White

It seemed liked that Nobody did the black and white version of Fallout 76 Vault Tec cartoons, So i decided to make it Black and White, like Fallout 4 Vault Tec's S.P.E.C.I.A.L Cartoons.
