Merry Christmas from Raspberry Rock

Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you're having a great holiday season and are able to enjoy it with loved ones, despite the crappy lockdowns.
The Cornish hens were stuffed like turkeys and cooked as follows:
Uncovered 450F for 20 minutes
Basted with butter and uncovered 350F for 40 minutes
Covered 350F for 20 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165F)
