ALLERGY TEST RESULTS | ELIMINATION DIET

Halie got her allergy test results back and she has a lot of food allergies! The doctor showed us how to read the allergy blood test and now wants her to go gluten free and try the elimination diet. It might also help her acne. She also has several other allergies and now they want her to get the scratch test to get a more in depth look on her allergies! She is sad because now she doesn't know what to eat.
