30 years after it first took the theatre world by storm, Peter Brook discusses the inspiration behind his landmark production of The Mahabharata.
Next February, together with his long-time collaborator Marie-Hélène Estienne, Peter Brook returns to the Young Vic and The Mahabharata with new play Battlefield, which explores one remarkable moment from the original story.
