Trying to do Everything as a DIY Self Builder

With 101 things to do it's hard t know what to delegate. And even when you do will the professional actually do a good job? Will you even get a quote? Will they even turn up?! These are the things you have to juggle as a DIY self builder. Most of the time I come to the conclusion that I can only rely on myself...but things don't always go to plan.
